Bulky or heavier items may be shipped via a trusted courier.

Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery or in-store collection.

What Can Be Returned

• Unopened, unused, resale-condition items

• Products in their original packaging

What Cannot Be Returned

To keep things fair and compliant with consumer laws, we’re unable to accept returns on:

• Cut fabric (sold by length)

• Custom or bespoke items

• Part-used yarn, opened needles, or anything no longer in its original condition

Return Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at stitchwitchshop@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We’ll confirm the return address and any next steps.

3. Send the item back in suitable packaging.

4. Once received, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery so we can put it right promptly. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll sort any issues quickly and kindly.
